The real name for this video is a Silent Aimbot. Activate on bind. You can see that the guy activate it before killing.

well it started with someone saying dang i cannot compete with these guys they have to much skill, how can i kill them without having skill?  i know i'll create this cheat that makes every bullet hit them regardless of where i am aiming.  that will show them i can rape more then they can :)

lol, thats a good point but I never understood how someone can use a deagle and still head shot you across the map. Now that scares me.

Well . . . I actually think it started even before that.  ↑ ↑ ↓ ↓ ← → ← → B A START.  The good ol Konami Code could be considered a hack.  Certainly a cheat either way.

i Don't like hackers and surely wont be one , in my regards , they can go die, making the game non-fun while they are on your server :S
